The result: no overselling, no rekeying and a month-end that reconciles itself.
How do you connect Shopify and Amazon to Business Central?
Shopify connects to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central through Microsoft’s Shopify Connector, which synchronises products, prices, inventory, customers, orders, fulfilments and Shopify Payments payouts. Amazon connects through an integration with Amazon Seller Central that brings marketplace orders and settlements into Business Central and sends stock levels back. Eagle360 designs, configures and extends both connections so Business Central becomes the single source of truth for stock, orders and finance across every channel — with senior consultants in Sydney and Melbourne.
Can Shopify integrate with Business Central?
Yes. Microsoft’s Shopify Connector for Business Central syncs products, prices, inventory, customers, B2B companies, orders, fulfilments and Shopify Payments payouts. Eagle360 designs, configures and extends it for your processes.
Can Amazon integrate with Business Central?
Yes. Eagle360’s Amazon integration connects Amazon Seller Central to Business Central: listings, prices and stock go out; marketplace orders and settlements — sales, fees and refunds — come back into your ledger.
Can Shopify and Amazon share one inventory?
Yes. With both channels connected, Business Central calculates available stock — allowing for open orders — and sends it to Shopify and Amazon, so the last unit is never sold twice.
How often does stock sync?
Automatically, on a schedule set in Business Central’s job queue. Many businesses sync inventory every 15–30 minutes; we tune it to your order volume.
Does it support FBA, Shopify POS and B2B?
Yes. Merchant-fulfilled and FBA orders, Shopify POS and online-store orders, and Shopify B2B companies, catalogues and price lists are all supported.
How much does an integration cost?
It depends on the channels, catalogue, warehouses and finance rules involved. After a free assessment we give you a fixed-scope proposal, so the budget is the budget.

Ready to take your business to the next level?
Speak to our integration specialist and see your Shopify and Amazon orders flowing into Business Central.
Can Shopify integrate with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central?
Yes. Business Central connects to Shopify through the Shopify Connector app, which synchronises items and variants, prices, inventory, customers and B2B companies, orders, fulfilments, transactions and Shopify Payments payouts. Eagle360 designs the setup, maps your data and extends the connector where your processes need it.
Can Amazon integrate with Business Central?
Yes. Eagle360’s Amazon integration connects Amazon Seller Central to Business Central so you can manage listings, prices and stock from your ERP, import marketplace orders as sales orders, and reconcile Amazon settlements — sales, fees and refunds — against your ledger.
How do I connect Shopify to my ERP system?
Through a connector that uses Shopify’s APIs. With Business Central, you install and configure the Shopify Connector, link your store, decide which system owns product data, map locations, taxes and payment methods, and schedule synchronisation. Eagle360 handles each step and tests it with real orders before go-live.
Can Shopify and Amazon share the same inventory?
Yes — when both channels are connected to Business Central, it becomes the single source of truth for stock. Business Central calculates available inventory and sends it to Shopify and Amazon, so a unit sold on one channel is no longer shown as available on the other.
Can Shopify be used as an inventory management system?
Shopify tracks stock for its own channels, but it isn’t designed to manage purchasing, warehouses, lot or serial tracking, costing and finance across several sales channels. Business Central does that job and keeps Shopify’s stock figures up to date.
What data does the Shopify connector sync with Business Central?
Items, variants, images, barcodes, tags and metafields; prices and discounts including B2B catalogues; inventory from chosen locations; customers and companies; orders from the online store, Shopify POS and B2B including shipping, gift cards, refunds and returns; fulfilment and tracking; and Shopify Payments transactions and payouts.
Can I connect more than one Shopify store?
Yes. Business Central supports multiple Shopify shops, each with its own settings, products, locations and price lists — useful for separate brands, countries or B2B and B2C stores.
Does the integration support Shopify POS and Shopify B2B?
Yes. Orders from Shopify POS and B2B are imported alongside online-store orders, and B2B companies, catalogues and price lists can be managed from Business Central.
How often does stock sync to Shopify?
Synchronisation runs automatically on a schedule using Business Central’s job queue; many businesses sync inventory every 15 to 30 minutes. We set the frequency to suit your order volume and how fast stock moves.
Does the Amazon integration work with Amazon Australia?
Yes — the integration is designed for Amazon marketplaces including Amazon Australia. Tell us which marketplaces you sell on and we’ll confirm the setup during the assessment.
Does it support Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) and merchant-fulfilled orders?
Yes. Merchant-fulfilled orders come into Business Central for your warehouse to pick and ship. For FBA, orders and Amazon-held stock are reflected in Business Central so your inventory and sales figures stay complete.
How are Amazon fees and settlements reconciled?
Amazon settlement reports combine sales, refunds, referral fees, fulfilment fees and other charges. The integration brings them into Business Central and splits them into the right accounts, so the deposit in your bank matches your ledger without a month-end spreadsheet.
How do you prevent overselling across channels?
Business Central sends available stock — not just on-hand quantities — to each channel, taking open sales orders into account. You can choose which warehouses feed each channel and hold back safety stock, so the last unit isn’t sold twice.
Can it work with multiple warehouses or a 3PL?
Yes. You can map several Business Central locations to Shopify locations, or let Business Central act as the fulfilment service. Stock held by a 3PL or FBA can be included in the figures you publish.
How are Shopify payouts reconciled in Business Central?
The Shopify Connector imports transactions and Shopify Payments payouts, so finance can match each bank deposit to the orders, refunds and fees it contains instead of reconciling by hand.
Can I see profit by channel?
Yes. Because orders, costs, fees and returns from every channel land in Business Central, you can report margin by channel, product and period in Business Central and Power BI — and use that clean data for demand forecasting and Copilot insights.
What return on investment can we expect from connecting our channels?
Savings usually come from no longer rekeying orders, fewer refunds and cancellations from overselling, faster month-end reconciliation of payouts and marketplace fees, and growing order volumes without adding admin staff. We estimate the return during your free assessment using your own order volumes.
How long does it take to connect Shopify and Amazon to Business Central?
It depends on the number of stores and marketplaces, catalogue size, data quality and how many warehouses are involved. A single Shopify store with clean product data is usually the quickest; we confirm timelines in a fixed-scope proposal after the assessment.
How much does a Shopify and Amazon integration cost?
Cost depends on scope: the channels you connect, catalogue and data clean-up, warehouses and 3PLs, finance reconciliation and any custom rules. After a free assessment we provide a clear, fixed-scope proposal so the budget is the budget.
Do I need Business Central to use these connectors?
Yes — the connectors are built for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. If you’re on another system such as Dynamics NAV, MYOB or Xero, Eagle360 can implement or upgrade you to Business Central as part of the project.
Will connecting my store disrupt trading?
No. We configure and test in a sandbox with real product and order data, then plan the cutover for a quiet period and monitor the first live orders and payouts closely.
Why choose Eagle360 for e-commerce integration?
Eagle360 is a Sydney-based Microsoft Solutions Partner delivering ERP and integration since 2011. We connect Shopify, Amazon, EDI, 3PLs and warehouse systems to Business Central, work with senior Australian consultants, and support you after go-live.
