Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2018 is a major release of the product, with a massive list of new features and enhancements.

- A dramatically improved web client
The web client now even includes page customisation features, similar to those found in products such as Dynamics CRM. - The product is now much more deeply integrated with other Microsoft Products
The integration has been taken to another level with Office 365, and other products such as Dynamics 365 for Sales. - AI integrated into the application.
NAV now integrates “Microsoft Cognitive Services”, and has features like facial recognition and image recognition utilised. - Pre-configured Excel Reports

Extensions have been taken a step further, moving Dynamics NAV to a place where upgrades will be much less costly, and simpler; and enhancements simple to install and manage. - Easier Integration
A REST API is now provided, making certain integration tasks much simpler. - Integration with Microsoft Flow
NAV now works with Microsoft Flow – Microsoft’s new process automation framework.
