1. An enhanced Excel experience wihthin CRM.  This reduces the need to export data to do some sales calculations
2. The CRM app for Outlook is now available via the browser on a PC, Mac, or mobile device
3. Seamlessly open Office apps like Word and Powerpoint within CRM even from an iPad or iPhone.
4. Send personalised sales document such a quotes and product sheet in Word
