With the announcement of the general availability of Microsoft Dynamincs NAV 2016, there is a lot of anticipation for the native integration with Dynamics CRM Online that was revealed at the 2015 Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference (WPC) in Orlando. With this native integration, the data synchonisation process between Dynamics NAV and Dynamics CRM could be minimised or eliminated especially for Accounts, Contacts, Orders, and Invoices.  Additional features to look forward to include:

• Enhanced Office 365 integration plus native analysis using Power BI
• Streamlined, easy-to-use apps for phones, tablets, laptops, and computers
• Strong document management, workflow, and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) capabilities for process automation and paperless document management
• Improved deployment options to take advantage of Microsoft Azure SQL
