The Iconic are one of the largest online fashion retail store in Australia.
Solution: We implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Tasklet Factory together with integration to their E-Commerce website. Prior to the implementation ICONIC were only capable of handling 600 orders a day, post implementation of ‘Tasklet Factory’ ICONIC are shipping over twenty thousand orders a day. The implementation of a fully integrated Warehouse Management Solution allowed the business to optimise their supply chain process.
Improvements
End to end warehouse efficiencies: Allocation of warehouse tasks and automation of emailing tracking and billing.
Vendor Satisfaction: Efficient receival to payment of goods leading to better relationships with suppliers. and also, achieve payment discounts on invoices due to increased efficiencies in invoice processing.
Customer Satisfaction: Directed Put-Aways and Picks led to more accurate Picks for orders and quicker turnaround times for their 3-hour delivery system.
Customer Satisfaction: Returns Management is an import part of the ICONIC business, We developed a returns management system for the Warehouse fully integrated to the website for customers to advise ICONIC of pending returns. Customer confidence in the returns and refund process increased significantly which has led to the exponential growth of number of Orders per day.
Employee Satisfaction: Implementation Scan Guns enabled warehouse staff to conduct Cycle counts and stock takes with ease and efficiently.
Since the implementation of Dynamics, the Iconic has gone on to become Australia’s biggest online fashion Retailer and won several accolades in the Retail Awards in the past 6 Years.
