Nucleus Research has released the results of a study analyzing the Return on Investment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects, using their standard ROI case study methodology.
It was found that on average, for Dynamics 365 projects, $16.97 (USD) is returned for every dollar spent. This is significantly higher than the average for ERP and CRM projects.
The reason for the better than average result was put down to:
- Ease of integration
- Enablement of new lines of business
- Focus on improved productivity
- Greater innovation from use of cloud technology
